I am new. What should I expect at my first
Welcome – we are excited to meet you! Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early so we can give you a quick tour and explain how everything works. Your instructor will walk you through the equipment and guide you every step of the way. No stress – just come ready to move and enjoy!
Do I need prior experience to join a
No experience needed! Most classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors will offer modifications as needed. If you are brand new to reformer-based workouts, we recommend starting with a beginner-friendly class (e.g. Riva Base).
What age is appropriate to
Our classes are suitable for participants aged 18 and older.
What should I wear to
Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that lets you move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene – if you do not have any, you can purchase them at the studio.
What shoe policy
Our studio is a shoe-free zone – socks only. Grip socks are mandatory and available for purchase on-site.
How can I book a
You can easily book through our website or app. Just create an account, select your preferred class and time, and you are good to go!
What is your cancellation
We kindly ask that all classes be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of class credit.
How does the waitlist
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added and notified by email or text message. If you are added less than 24 hours before class and cannot attend, the usual cancellation policy applies.
What if I am running late to
Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early. For your safety and to respect others in the class, late arrivals may not be admitted after the class has started. The studio doors lock once class begins.
Can I attend if have a medical
Your safety is our top priority. If you are recovering postpartum or managing a medical condition or injury, we recommend consulting your doctor before attending. Please inform your instructor in advance so we can offer appropriate modifications or suggest the most suitable class for your needs.
Can I attend if I am
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept participants who are pregnant in our general classes. They can be physically demanding and are not specifically designed to meet the unique needs of pregnancy. To ensure your safety and that of your unborn baby, please attend only classes that are specifically marked for pregnancy.
What amenities are available at the
Our studios includes changing areas, showers, lockers, and all the equipment you will need. Just bring your workout clothes and grip socks.
Can I bring children or
To ensure a focused and safe environment, please do not bring children or pets to group classes.
How can I get there, and is parking
We are easily accessible by public transport and car. Parking options vary by location – some studios offer on-site parking, others have nearby public lots. Check our location page for specific directions.
