Your responsibilities
- Lead group and personal training sessions with our Riva spirit
- Contribute to marketing, studio setup and local community building
- Prepare class schedules and training plans
- Support and coach new instructors
- Help ensure a diverse and high-quality class offering
What we are looking for
- Solid experience in reformer Pilates (certification and Pilates background are a plus)
- Coaching and group training experience
- Passion for movement, health and healthy lifestyle
- A positive, open and motivating personality
- Love for modern, quality-driven training concepts
